G.W.Waite or "OCEANIC PEARL"Welcome to the BDAE Website. The association exists to spread the engineering gospel in the Barrow-in-Furness and South Cumbria area. Each winter it runs a programme of six engineering lectures which are open to the general public. During the summer it organises visits to places of engineering interest for its members.
